Our People

The Management Team all has a responsibility for ensuring the delivery of a quality service. This is achieved by developing an individual Support Plan for each Client, which highlights their specific support needs and expectations from the Company. Staff are identified, who have the appropriate skills and hopefully the right personality to get on with the client. The working relationship is then closely monitored through our team leaders to promote the working relationship and to resolve any issues that may arise. Support Plans are then maintained and updated regularly.

They are also all involved in the Company's recruitment process and the supervision of Staff.
